Meet Sassy, she is a sweet Dal/mix who is approximately 7 years old, spayed, and up to date on shots. Her name fits her well; she has just enough attitude to make her fun. Sassy has never met a stranger!! She loves everyone including other dogs but needs to go to a home with no cats. Sassy is very active and likes to run and take walks. She is a great traveler in the car. Sassy was a bit overweight when she came into rescue (weighing 67 lbs. in Oct. 2009), but now with her low fat diet and exercise program she is down to about 60 lbs and getting her girly figure back again. She does counter surf (as do most dieters) so keep your food items up high. Sassy is a fun girl, so if you are looking for a snuggler and walker, please consider giving Sassy a forever home.
